The Halltech 2015-19 Corvette C7 Z06 Stinger-RAZ™ Package combines our Stinger-RZ™ intake system, our Kevlar heat shield sleeve, and the all new TRIC™ Ram Air Induction system. The Halltech Stinger-RAZ is the world record holder for 1 mod on the C7 Z06: [email protected] mph!!
The Stinger-RAZ has been dyno tested by no less than 20 independent shops, including GM dealerships. They have reported between 50 and 55 RWHP with this CAD developed intake system on the chassis dyno. Those dynos were WITHOUT the all new TRIC (Tunnel Ram Induction Cold-air) system. We've got you covered if you favor a dry filter or an oiled filter. Choose from our 4 options:

Dyno results from DMS (independent dyno) are below. This was done sans the TRIC Ram Air with just our Stinger RZ.

Installation is the key to getting everything to fit however. Halltech initially installed each intake on the company C7 Z06 to assure proper fitment. Please watch the video install on our website before purchasing. Here are the videos of the proper radiator hose move. NOTE: the f-panel seal referenced in the installation video is not needed and is thus no longer provided in the kit (you can ignore this step in the instructions).

We highly recommend professional installation. The airbox is larger than stock to promote better airflow, but it requires moving some of the engine bay components, and some modification. If you are not willing to make these small changes, leave your engine stock. On the other hand, imagine 720 HP at the flywheel, and .41 better 1/4 mile e.t. and +8 mph, which has been reported on the corvette forum. Add the TRIC™ Ram Air system compliments our Stinger-RZ™ and should bring a few more tenths in the quarter mile. Total boost seen on our stock C7 Z06 was 12.1 PSI in third gear.

Halltech does not have a CA EO number for this induction system, which means it is not legal for sale in CA, unless used in off-road application, such as track racing.
